The Pigeon River Inn accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express cards. Cards must be bank-issued. We do not accept prepaid or gift cards. The name on the card must match the name of the person checking in. A physical card and the card holder both need to be present at check in.
Your card will be charged anytime within 48 hours of your check-in date. If declined, the reservation will be cancelled.
Refundable reservation: 1st night + taxes and fees. Non-refundable: full cost of stay.
No smoking, no vaping, no weed in rooms and on balcony. 100% non-smoking — smoking only in designated area.
Guests must be 21 years or older to check in.
Guests 18–20 years old are required to pay a $100 security deposit, which will be refunded after room inspection at check-out.
Incidental / security deposit of $100 will be collected at check in.
Refundable reservation — full 48 hours prior for free. With 48 hours notice period: 1st night + taxes and fees. Example: if check-in is 5th August, it can be changed till August 2nd midnight for free; after that the 1st night will be charged. Non-refundable reservation: full cost of stay.
